| Production Time The Production Time you select in the Order Form is usually firm. We reserve the right to change our production time or cancel rush production options due to unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical breakdowns, order backlogs, or labor issues. In such circumstances, you will be contacted prior to production beginning. Our rush production times may sometimes have limitations to 1-Color Prints or 1-Side Prints only. Please note that ship time is in addition to production time. Expedited shipping options are available under "Shipping Method" in the order form. |
| Wrap Print If available, wrap prints can only be printed in 1 ink color. There is an approx. 1/4" to 1.5" (depending on your artwork) of unprintable area on cups - for this reason wrap prints will not be continuous and will have a "break." For this reason, 2-sided prints may also not be perfectly aligned and may be off by up to 1/4" approx. Please click here to see an illustration. |
Our products have different production times. The production time for each product is listed in the description area for each product page. Please note that ship time is in addition to the production time. Alternatively, you can also place a mock order and our website will tell you the estimated delivery date at the bottom of the order form. If you are paying by check, we will only begin production on your order once we receive the check. We will email customers paying by check once the check is received with an updated estimated delivery date.
Absolutely, just email your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF) or in very high resolution JPG (300 DPI or higher) to info@promotionchoice.com. To expedite the process, please be sure to provide us with ALL details regarding your potential order outlined below:
- Specify the exact product you want to order - if possible, please provide us with the link to the product.
- Specify the product color you need
- Specify the ink color(s) you want to print onto the product
- Specify the quantity you need to order
- Specify your firm delivery date
Generally, Saturdays, Sundays, and any federally recognized public holidays are not considered to be working/business days. The day you place your order is also not considered the first working day. If you place your order after our cut-off time of 12PM EST, the first working day will be the day after. For example, if you place your order at 12.10PM EST on Monday, the first business day will be Wednesday. If you place your order at 11.55PM EST, the first business day will be Tuesday.
In STEP 1 of each product page, please select "Order Sample" and place your sample with us that way. We do offer free shipping and free samples for many products. On bulkier products however, we will charge a nominal fee to get these samples shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot credit any sample shipping charges back if you do place a final bulk order.

We will be able to use your artwork if it is in "vector" format. These files have extensions like .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. We can also use high resolution .JPG files (300 DPI or higher).
If you still aren't sure whether we can use your artwork, don't worry! Go ahead, place your order, and we will contact you if there are any issues with your artwork or order. Our expert customer service reps will guide you through your order very carefully to ensure it is all good to go. We can usually fix any minor issues with your artwork. If your artwork is especially poor in quality, we will vectorize it for a small cost so that it will print cleanly and crisply. For more information on artwork requirements, see HERE.
Please check with us regarding needing to pay with Purchase Orders, as this "courtesy" is not guaranteed and will be looked at on a case by case basis. We will usually extend this "courtesy" or "service" for customers who fulfil one or both of the following conditions:
- Customers with an "established credit" with us - for example, a customer who has done business with us for at least five times and paid with either a credit card or a check for the first five times.
- Customers from Schools or Government Agencies.
We usually only allow up to NET 15 payment terms for purchase orders, and for very few exceptions, NET 30.
A proof will be emailed to you within a few hours to 24 hrs. At PromotionChoice, proofs are done by humans and not computers (Yes!), so rest assured that your proof will be much more accurate. We often even suggest alternative layouts so that your artwork can be printed as beautiful and as big as possible.
You can make up to one revision to your proof at no cost. If you are still not satisfied after that, you can cancel for a full refund, so your purchase is absolutely risk free. We have a BBB A+ rating, so order with confidence!
A standard proof is not possible with most rush orders, but in such cases, we will email you a "courtesy proof" shortly after your order is placed to show you what is going to press. Because of time constraints on rush orders, we will assume your order is good to print if we do not hear back from you within 30 mins.

I've been looking for this size cup for a while to replace for an elderly man. Glad I found this site and could order samples instead of a bulk order. I received color choices requested (orange & blue) and was satisfied. The orange came with writing on it and that's fine, as it was stated that some samples may come with writing/graphics. Overall, I'm satisfied and paying for the sample was a small price to pay when the big reward will be to see the happiness ???? on the elderly gentleman face.
Our 22oz Steins arrived on time and turned out great, logos printed on both sides! However, we are unfortunately very disappointed in the "Neon Green" color cup. It arrived much darker than the Neon Green sample photo, and is not what I would consider "Neon"---it's more of a straight-up Green crayon color. When I inquired about them sending us the wrong color cups, they said the color we received was correct, and responded with the following: "Product Color Variation: Due to screen/monitor variations, the color of a product you see on your screen is only an approximate. It is never accurate to judge product color based on what you see on your monitor screen. If you are particular about the color of a product, it is important to call to inquire on the exact pantone color of the product or request a sample of the product. All Products color may also vary from lot to lot. This fact is especially important to note in regard to repeat order and/or ensembles of different products. https://www.promotionchoice.com/pages/shipping-returns-disclaimers/ " So if you are looking for a specific shade of something or are particular about your brand (which we 100% are), I would highly suggest asking for a sample or confirming pantone. We now have $1650 worth of steins that are not the right shade for our brand, which is highly disappointing. I understand I agreed to the terms, but I also suggested to PromotionChoice that they update the product sample photos and change the name from "Neon Green" since the cups are certainly not Neon so that anyone else who orders this shade is not misled.
Working with Promotion Choice was a breeze. Cups arrived in time for Christmas! Forest green and white was the way to go. Next time might do it on both sides.
The steins arrived today and they look fantastic!!! Although translucent blue may have looked better. ;-) Thank you for all of your assistance. Take good care.
